Roers Companies and Scannell Properties are partnering to redevelop the 75-acre former Prudential corporate campus in Plymouth, Minnesota. The mixed-use site, known as The Boulevard, will be completed in phases with building demolition complete and initial construction activity now underway. When completed, The Boulevard will include medical office, business campus, grocery-anchored retail, restaurants, and multifamily living along the southeast corner of I-494 and Bass Lake Road.
