Roers Companies and Scannell Properties are partnering to redevelop the 75-acre former Prudential corporate campus in Plymouth, Minnesota. The mixed-use site, known as The Boulevard, will be completed in phases with building demolition complete, Summit Orthopedics and Coborn's Market & Table now open, and additional construction activity underway. When completed, The Boulevard will include medical office, business campus, grocery-anchored retail, restaurants, and multifamily living along the southeast corner of I-494 and Bass Lake Road.
